This means that for every dollar that we invest, we secure two dollars worth of land. This strategy significantly minimizes risk and ensures our ability to pay the biannual dividends. The value of the land acts as a safety net, providing a reliable source of income for dividend payments.

How does Asymmetrica ensure the actual payment of my initial investment?

Our portal allows you to choose an investment horizon of 3, 5, or 7 years. This means that you can exit your investment at the end of the chosen period through a contractual clause in your investment contract (a legally binding right to sell your investment back to Asymmetrica - so you receive your initial investment back).

The investor can expect a semiannual dividend of 9% p.a., which means that every six months, the investor receives 4.5% of the invested amount. The dividend payments are made in June and December of each year during the investment period.
